|Taletyano Press - To let you know what you need to know.|
Feedback, whether good or bad is always welcome. You can use the info in the mechanisms below or the E-Mail link button at the top right of every page.
Easiest, and cheapest, is to use the Amazon.com links provided to the right of the descriptive information about each book. Don't forget to follow through and actually place the Amzaon.com order (i.e., checkout). You can also place credit card orders by using the Taletyano / Books For Inventors.com Order Form and sending it to the address below.
Please extend the courtesy of making an appointment, in advance, if you wish to drop by rather than send mail. Thank You.
If you are returning a book for a refund because you were not satisfied that it was worth the price you paid, use the above address and send the book via First Class mail or Media Mail, with a copy of your purchase receipt, if possible, or a note saying where you purchased it and what you think you paid. Don't forget to include your name and address so we can send you a refund check for the book including the actual (or probable) purchase cost, sales taxes, shipping, and return postage.
We can also be contacted by phone at the following number from (usually around) 10:00am to 5:00pm (USA) Eastern Time Monday through Friday. In general, the phone won't be answered at other times but you can leave a message which may, or may not, be returned.
The E-mail Button link for Taletyano Press is at the top right corner of every web page. If your question is of a general nature, on topic, and we find it interesting, we am very likely to answer it and put the question (perhaps edited) and the answer (also perhaps edited) on the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page as well as send you an e-mail reply. In case your browser does not support "mailto:" links you will have to type (or copy) the full address (below) into your e-mail program.
If you really must remain anonymous when sending comments, etc., you can use the text box below. You shouldn't expect a response though. If your feedback is a question, you should be aware that questions posed anonymously will obviously not receive a direct response, however, if we consider it a good general question that is not addressed on the web site or in one of our books, we may answer it sometime on the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page.
